The Landspace Group is a distinguished family-owned business with a rich legacy that traces its roots back to the steel manufacturing industry. Originally a leader in steel production, the group played a pivotal role in supplying high-quality steel products for infrastructure and construction projects across India. Over the years, Landspace Group established itself as a trusted name in the industry, known for its commitment to precision, durability, and excellence in manufacturing.

Move to Real Estate

Building on this strong foundation, the group diversified into real estate development, leveraging its expertise in materials and construction to create high-end residential, commercial, and SEZ projects. This transition was led by Mr. Ashish Somani, an energetic, dynamic, and visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of industry experience. Under his leadership, the Landspace Group has evolved into a leading real estate developer while retaining its deep-rooted understanding of materials, quality control, and large-scale infrastructure execution— principles carried over from its steel manufacturing days.

Mr. Somani has also been a member of the Governing Body of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, North Region (CREDAI North), further solidifying the group’s presence in the real estate sector. Today, Landspace Group is at the forefront of premium residential group housing, commercial spaces, and SEZ projects across NCR and North-East India, with further expansions planned across the country.
